DELIVERY:

We offer the following shipping options:

Free delivery on all orders over £35 to UK mainland 3 to 4 working days*

£4.95 for delivery on all orders less than £35 delivered to UK mainland 3 to 4 working days*

£9.95 for delivery of all orders to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White. mainland 4 to 5 working days*

UK Mainland is defined as all areas of the UK except Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

For Ireland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands please email info@fizzgallery.co.uk with details of what you would like to buy and the delivery post/zipcode and we’ll provide a delivery quote.

For overseas delivery please contact us and we’ll provide a delivery quote. 

*Please note many of our items are individually hand made.  We do our best to ensure our stock levels are correct but should there be a stock error we will contact you as soon as we possibly can upon receipt of your order to make alternative arrangements with you. 

For any items that are made to order delivery timescales will be shown on the product page.

Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail or a courier service. We reserve the right to change our delivery methods.  Both our Royal Mail and courier service will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to sign for it.  Please make sure any special delivery instructions are made clear when ordering.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30 day returns policy.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Delivery cost not will be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s.

If you would like to exchange or return an item please request a returns form and return your unworn / unused item within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. If goods are damaged or lost in return transit it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund. The return of your purchase is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned good providing they meet our returns policy. 

Please note for health and hygiene reasons earrings and face masks are non-returnable. Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable.

FAULTY/DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

In the very unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via email: info@fizzgallery.co.uk within 2 days of receipt and return the product complete with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault, we may contact you to discuss further.  Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

The return of your purchase is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

We will not exchange or refund items that have been worn/used, do not have their original packaging or show signs of misuse.

CANCELLATION:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your ordered goods.  You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing, by email to info@fizzgallery.co.uk not later than the 14 days following delivery.

If you cancel your order, returns should be processed as above.  We reserve the right to charge you for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Any delivery charge that you paid will be refunded to the value of STANDARD delivery. The cost of returning items to us will not be included in your refund.
